Facilitator: Pat Morrison
Pat discovered that he may have ADHD quite by accident over 15 years ago. Even after an official diagnosis followed by brief and ineffective treatment, it was only in 2012 that he fully realized how many other more significant symptoms he exhibited that were commonly associated with ADHD. This put him on a path to seek help. He began to read and learn more about ADHD. He soon began attending Excalibur monthly meetings as part of his own treatment program. He found that by listening to others, who have ADHD or have a loved one with ADHD, and by sharing their experiences and challenges, it became a very effective part of his self-management. He is hoping that others, who participate in the Halifax group, will get the same results.

Join us to support and learn from each others.

There will be speakers from time to time (may have a cost).
We will also show videos about ADHD.
Watch this page for more information as it becomes available.

We now know that people with ADHD can have successful lives providing they get the correct support and encouragment.

There is help, but no cure for ADHD

Excalibur thanks Sobeys for providing the venue.
